Action shots are always hard to get exactly right, especially if the object you are photographing is moving at high speeds or you only have a limited number of chances to get it right. As a result of this it is sometimes necessary to alter some aspects of the image afterwards using a program like Gimp. Here I have a photograph of a cyclist, but somehow it just doesn't look like he's going anywhere fast, so I'm going to use Gimp to increase the feeling of speed in the image. |
